Eligibility

• Individuals with ownership or usufruct of an existing residence

• Building-permit application filed before 1 January 2017

• Applicant must be the EAC account holder for the property

1. Connection-date statement from EAC

1. First page of net-metering agreement with electricity supplier (where applicable)

1. Bank statement (IBAN) in applicant's name or with applicant as joint holder

Disbursement time

Indicatively 2–3 months from a complete, issue-free application.
